1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of levelorn.com, which is published by Rita Karapetyan, an Individual Entrepreneur registered in Armenia (reg. no. 273.325.0847193), of Yerevanyan Highway 215, Vanadzor 2019, Armenia (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. Please stop using the site if you are not happy to accept them.
2. Who can use Levelorn
The site is for adults aged 18 and over who live in the United Kingdom. By confirming your age you tell us you are 18 or older. We may block access where we believe someone is under 18.
3. The games and points
All games are free and for entertainment only. Points are a practice score with no cash value. They cannot be bought, sold, exchanged, transferred, redeemed or used outside the site. Levels and feats are personal milestones with no value. Points, levels and feats are stored in your browser; we cannot recover them if your browser data is cleared, and we may reset or change them when a game is updated.
4. No real money, no purchases
There is no real money play on Levelorn, no prizes of monetary value and no in-app purchases. We will never ask you for payment details. Playing or success in these games does not imply future success at real-money gambling.
5. Acceptable use
Please do not try to interfere with the site, overload it, copy its games or content in bulk, use automated tools to play the games, or use the contact form to send unlawful, abusive or unsolicited material.
6. Our content
The games, artwork, text and code on Levelorn belong to Rita Karapetyan, the publisher of Levelorn, or are used with permission. You may view and play them for your own personal, non-commercial use. For anything beyond that, ask us first and wait for a written yes.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the site available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove games and features, and we will describe changes to games in the patch notes. When these terms change, the date at the top of the page changes with them.
8. Liability
The site is provided free of charge. These terms never exclude or restrict any liability that the law does not allow to be excluded or restricted, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury resulting from negligence. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect losses or for any loss of points, levels or feats, which have no value.
9. Governing law
English and Welsh law applies to these terms and to any dispute about them. Residents of Scotland or Northern Ireland keep the right to take a claim to their own courts.
