Play safe
Responsible gaming
Levelorn's games are free, played for points with no cash value, and there is nothing to buy. Still, a casino-style game can quietly eat more of your evening than planned, and for some people they sit close to real gambling. This page explains where to get help and how to keep your play in proportion.

Warning signs
- Spending longer playing than you planned, again and again.
- Playing to escape worries, boredom or low mood.
- Feeling irritable when you try to cut down.
- Hiding how much time you spend playing from people close to you.
- Starting to think free games are practice for winning money elsewhere.
If any of these apply to you, it is a good moment to stop for a while and talk to one of the organisations above. Help is free and confidential, and you do not need to have spent any money to ask for it.
Tools on Levelorn
- Play reminder. On your run card, choose a reminder every 20, 40 or 60 minutes.
- Session strip. Under every game a strip shows time played this visit, rounds, points staked and returned.
- Low-motion mode. Removes rolling reels and other animation and shortens every pause.
- Clear everything. One button removes your points, level, feats and settings from your device.
- No pull-backs. There are no timers, streaks or expiring rewards anywhere on the site.
Children and young people
Levelorn is for adults aged 18 and over and is not designed for children. If you share a device, parental controls on the device or browser can block sites like this one. Young people worried about gaming or gambling can talk to Childline free on 0800 1111.
Blocking gambling sites
Alongside GAMSTOP, blocking software such as Gamban can stop gambling websites and apps opening on your devices, and most UK banks let you block gambling payments from their app. Playing or success in Levelorn's games does not imply future success at real-money gambling.
